General Terms

1. All agreements shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
2. The recipient of our services agree to pay invoices sent to them by Glance Software, LLC in accordance with the terms included on each invoice and agree to pay all costs of collection incurred by Glance Software, LLC, including without limitation attorney’s fees and collection agency fees.
3. The recipient of our services hereby authorizes Glance Software, LLC to initiate ACH, wire, credit card transactions, or make other means of payment as instructed to fulfill obligations. The person paying these fees agrees to complete any and all necessary authorization forms, receipts, etc., as necessary.
4. Late payments, returned checks, and/or other fees may be assessed if necessary as determined by Glance Software LLC at its sole discretion. Late payment fees are a minimum of $50.00 USD or 2% of the past due amount, whichever amount is greater. Late fees are assessed once per invoice but will be factored into interest calculations which are compounded daily.
5. Late fees are compounded and will be charged for non-payment of previous late fees to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Client is responsible for all fees related to any certain payment method (i.e., credit card processing fees, wire fees, etc.).
