In addition to customers and clients being required to pay all invoices sent to them by Glance Software, LLC in accordance with the terms of the particular invoice and any applicable agreements of the engagement between such client/customer and Glance Software, LLC, the client/customer also agrees to the following agreements as applicable:

- Cloud Backup Solution
- Infrastructure Monitoring (including Heartbeat™ and Pulse™)
